This response card was made to match with the design of the large announcement / invitation card. Includes envelope.

2) Pre-Printed Single Piece Response Card
Single piece pre-printed non-matching response card. You will need to hand write the reply date and your phone numbers for this type of response card. This card is only available in Red 185, Gold, and Gray ink. The font might not match your chosen invitation font because this is a pre-printed card. Paper color will be similar to the paper color found on the announcement card or on the announcement card insert paper, but it might not be an exact match. Includes regular white or ecru color envelopes.

3) Metallic Single Piece Response Card
Single piece metallic paper response cards with envelopes, printed on 1-side. Most of the time, you can still print more than 1 language on a single piece response card. Includes regular white or ecru color envelopes. Configure to upgrade to color and metallic envelopes.

4) Metallic Bi-Fold Response Card
Bi-fold metallic paper response cards with envelopes, printed on 1-side. This card is a bi-fold response card. This means that it has a fold with 2 panels on the inside of the card. You can easily print more than one language in this card. Includes regular white or ecru color envelopes. Configure to upgrade to color and metallic envelopes. 

5) Metallic Single Piece Postcard Style Response Card
Single piece metallic paper postcard style response cards without envelopes, printed on 1-side.

6) Non-metallic Single Piece Response Card
Single piece non-metallic paper response cards with envelopes, printed on 1-side. Most of the time, you can still print more than 1 language on a single piece response card. Includes regular white or ecru color envelopes. Configure to upgrade to color and metallic envelopes.

7) Non-metallic Bi-Fold Response Card

Did you know that in some cultures, even if your invitee cannot attend your event, the invitee will send you a monetary gift (check, money order, cash) via the response card and its envelope? You should take this into consideration to determine the type of response card choice for your invitations.

Choose the language(s) that you will print on your wedding invitations.  Choose "Other" if your desired language or language combination is not on the popular language list.  A representative will contact you if we believe that the amount of wordings that you have for your chosen card will not work with the language combinations that you chose.

If you choose "English with Customer Supplied Foreign Language", please send your wedding invitation information to us in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe InDesign formats.  Please include the Foreign Language font file in TrueType font or OpenType font formats.

If you chose "Other", a representative will contact you to refine the cost of the "Other" language(s) that you plan to have printed for your wedding invitation cards.  A placeholder amount of $150 will be added to your shopping cart; however, that amount can go down or up after the consultation with our representative.

Please choose your raised ink color for the wedding invitation. Our default is to print your wedding invitations in thermography (raised ink). If you prefer flat ink, please let us know in the "Customer Order Notes" section when you submit your order. Please specify "Print in flat ink".

Raised ink is where you can feel the words on the paper when you run your fingers over the wedding invitation wording. At an angle you can see that the ink is raised on top of the paper.

If you choose "Custom PMS Mixed Ink", we have to custom mix various ink colors to produce the desired shade of ink. A representative will contact you to understand the color that you are looking for and will guide you to choose the PMS ink color that needs to be custom mixed for your order.

Watermark for customer to choose for panel 1 of the wedding invitation announcement card. A watermark looks like a background screen that is printed underneath the wording in the wedding invitation card.

A "Custom Watermark" means that the customer can provide a vector based image for us to convert into a watermark. Or, the customer can choose fonts to make watermark initials (monograms).

Blank translucent overlay sized for the invitation / announcement card that is approximately 5" x 7".  Printing on the overlay is sold separately.  Hole punching is sold separately.

Gilbert Clear or Satin paper. We'll choose the best fit paper for your invitation style. Please specify in your order comments if you want to pick one of the two paper types yourself.

Punch holes on the base card stock and the overlay (if applicable) for your invitation / announcement card so that you can tie a ribbon to the card. Ribbon is sold separately.

Add a second color raised ink for the invitation / announcement card

Print on one side of the large announcement / invitation card envelope. For example, print your return address on the left hand corner of the envelope or on the back side of the envelope's flap.

Print different wording in the announcement card and split the total quantity of the announcement card into two batches to reflect wording differences.

Do this for the following scenarios:

• To separate two languages into two batches (e.g., X cards in English only, X cards in Vietnamese Only)
• To separate different ceremony locations with different dates and times
• To accommodate Bride vs. Groom's family's desire to have different wording in the card.

Print on the second side (other side) of the reception card. This means you can print things like a monogram, names, verses, and dates on the other side (inside or outside) of reception card.

Print different wording in the reception card and split the total quantity of the reception card into two batches to reflect wording differences.

Do this for the following scenarios:

• To separate two languages into two batches (e.g., X cards in English only, X cards in Vietnamese Only)
• To separate different reception locations with different dates and times
• To accommodate Bride vs. Groom's family's desire to have different wording in the card
