Production time is the number of business days it takes to print your order, not including shipping/delivery time. Production begins the first business day after your order has been approved and your payment has been processed, not when the order is submitted.

• Cut off time for Regular 2-4 Business Days is 2 PM (Pacific Time).
• Cut off time for Rush Next Business Day is 2 PM (Pacific Time).
• Cut off time for Rush Same Business Day is 10 AM (Pacific Time).
