Products

Even though the product image might only show English, depending on the product's dimension and layout, we can typically accommodate additional languages.  Please email us if you have questions as to the number of languages that would look good on a product of interest.  We'll help advise on how best to accommodate and still allow the product to look good.

Pricing

No, the price list indicates basic prices of products against common parameters of options.  After you place your order, we will check the artwork and/or information that you submitted, assess file quality, and review your notes on things that you would like us to do.  If we need to adjust the order's pricing, we will contact you for review and approval.  If you decide to proceed, we will adjust your order accordingly.  If you decide to not proceed, we will cancel your order.

Process

If we are doing the artwork for your order, you will get to see a proof before we print your order. Our standard proof will be black and white. The goal is for you to check spelling, grammar, design, and layout. If you are printing full color, we can do a color hard copy proof for an additional charge. You must sign-off on the proof before we print. Failure to review and sign-off on the proof in a timely manner will result in delays to receive the finish product.

Yes.  Many of our customers are from countries outside of the United States of America.  International (outside of continental USA) shipping needs to be determined after your cards are printed and weighed. We will let you know cost of shipping for each international option after printing and boxing your order.  You can contact us for a rough international shipping estimate.  Please also note that your country's customs authority might require you to pay import duties for foreign gifts and goods brought into your country.  We do not know whether your purchase will be taxed by your customs authority.
